A: If you’re not happy with a certain product, that’s okay! We just ask that returned items be intact and in their original packaging. You can return items up to 30 days after the date it was shipped.* 

*Spinning Wheels, Looms and Special Orders are not eligible for returns, but all vendors that we carry have excellent warranties and customer support, so if anything is amiss, we'll work with you and the manufacturer to make it right.
